Can I see every home you have sold?

    Yes. My record is public.

46 homes sold and 6 leased since 2020, from Doheny Estates and Santa Monica to Venice, Burbank and Long Beach. Each one is on my sales page with the address, the year and the closing price, straight from the MLS.

How will you market my home?

It gets its own film and its own website.

That is part of LAUNCH, the way I take a house to market. The film for 823 Glendale Boulevard in Echo Park drew multiple offers, and the buyer who won found the house through it and sent me a direct message.

Can you find homes that are not on Zillow yet?

Some homes sell before they are listed.

Owners tell me when they would sell to the right buyer, and buyers with a brief hear first. In 2026 a Westwood condo sold this way, with no sign and no listing.

“I’ve heard the pitch before with agents trying to get a listing but in this case it was true.”

Tell me about a deal that went wrong.

A Santa Monica condo, and it still closed.

It had mold, no laundry, and an HOA that had not funded the balcony repairs California requires, so no lender would touch the building. Two buyers walked. The third paid $650,000 cash, and my sellers made every call knowing exactly where things stood.

    Ask any agent

Who will I hear from when something changes?

    Me, before anyone else.

Something changes on nearly every deal: an inspection, the appraisal, the lender, the other side. When it does, I call you with what it means and what you can do. The decision is yours.

    Ask any agent

Do you know how a house is actually built?

I have pulled the permits myself.

In 2020 my wife Eliza and I built two houses on adjoining lots in North Hollywood, one for us and one for my parents, as our own general contractors. I read an inspection report as someone who has paid the subs.

    Ask any agent

Who do you bring in when a deal needs help?

People I have worked with for years.

When a deal needs someone, I make the introduction.

    • /Builders who scope and price work before you commit
    • /Eliza, an interior designer, for staging and remodel plans
    • /A lender, escrow and inspection team I know well
    • /Vetted agents across the country if you are leaving, with any referral fee disclosed in writing

What did you do before real estate?

I grew up around it, then ran restaurant wine programs.

My father sold real estate in Boston, and I was licensed at 19, the same day as him. Then NYU, and years running the beverage programs at Harlow and Ellabess in Manhattan before I came west.

“Had an amazing experience working with Tyler! His knowledge of the LA market is truly endless and thanks to his expertise, my husband and I landed our dream home - with an offer accepted within 24 hours of touring. He guided us through every step of the home buying process and somehow even made it easy and fun. Can't recommend him enough.”

“Tyler helped us find our very first home 4 years ago, and when we outgrew it after having a baby, we knew to call him again. He made selling and buying at the same time simple and stress-free. With his guidance, we sold our home at asking price and bought our new one for $200K under list and it has everything we wanted including a beautiful backyard (hard to find in LA)! Tyler is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly had our best interests at heart. He will make you feel comfortable with the process whether you're a first time buyer/seller or more seasoned. My highest recommend all around!”

Molly Reisner / On Zillow / Bought and sold in Redondo Beach, 2025

“Tyler is one of a kind. He was so caring, patient and knowledgeable during our search. He not only found us the perfect home but also found houses 3 of our closest friends. I highly recommend Tyler and his team”
