For Sellers

Demand before the sign goes up.

LAUNCH is how I take a home to market. It's a sequence, not a checklist, and it starts weeks before anyone sees a listing. The point is simple: by the time your home is available, the right buyers already know about it and already want it.

  1. 01

    Price

We set the number from the comps, the condition and the week we're launching into, with a plan for what we do if the market doesn't agree. You see every input. No guessing and no gaming it.

  2. 02

    Prepare

The home gets ready the way a room gets ready before service. Repairs that matter, staging that fits the house, and a photo and film day that treats it like the lead story, because it is.

  3. 03

    Preview

Before it's public, the home goes to the agents and buyers most likely to want it: my own network, the neighborhood, and the people already looking in that price range. Quiet first, loud second.

  4. 04

    Broadcast

Its own website, film, mail to the neighborhood, open houses run like a dinner service, and placement everywhere buyers look. Every piece points back to one number to text and one person who answers it: me.

  5. 05

    Negotiate and close

Offers come through me with the context behind each one, and you decide. From acceptance to keys I handle the inspections, the appraisal and the hard conversations, and you hear about every one of them first.
