Tyler DrinkwaterRevel Real Estate
Off Market

Some of the best transactions never get a sign.

Every home I list is shown privately before it goes public, and some sell at that stage. Owners I know tell me when they would sell to the right buyer. If you give me a brief, you hear about those homes first. I have closed on both sides this way.

If you’re buying

  1. 1Give me the neighborhoods, the number, and what the home has to have.
  2. 2When a home I know about fits, you hear from me before it is listed.
  3. 3One note, with the address and the terms. Nothing else lands in your inbox.

If you’re selling

  1. 1Give me the address and your timing, even if that timing is “not yet.”
  2. 2I tell you who is looking for a home like yours right now, and the range they are working in.
  3. 3No sign, no photos, no open house until you decide there should be.

“Although off market, Tyler contacted us re a potential buyer interested in a condo like ours. I've heard the pitch before with agents trying to get a listing but in this case it was true. Throughout the process Tyler was fully transparent and communicative. He was able to procure an offer that motivated us to sell and was there guiding us through every step of the closing process. If I had the opportunity to offer more than 5 stars I would.”
